Senior Will Prettyman has signed a letter of intent to attend Montana State University and become a member of the Bobcat Track & Field Team. Will has been a mainstay on podiums while running for East as he specializes in the sprints and long jump. He’s gone back to back winning the 100 and 200 meter events at the last two UHSAA State Championships and also won the long jump as a sophomore and took 2nd last year 3/4″ behind teammate Josh Hartvigsen. He will look to finish his high school career on a high note at the UHSAA 5A State Championships next month in Provo.
Coach Jay Turner (MSU sprint coach) says, “Will is one of the fastest sprinters in America . . . Signing Will puts the cherry on top of our already very impressive freshman class.”
Good luck to Will for the remainder of this season and as he moves on to his college career at Montana Sate!
