Check out the opportunities below for summer workouts, camps and tryout information for the upcoming school year. Other sport specific summer information will be posted on team pages if needed/available. Workouts may change or be canceled due to holidays, weather, or other scheduling conflicts. Coaches will have the most updated information to provide to student-athletes

Softball Team Advances

Our softball team had two big wins yesterday against Cottonwood and Murray and moves on the next round of the UHSAA 5A State Tournament today. A lot of players had great plays throughout the day highlighted by a home run hit by Maya Johnson and a walk off single with the bases loaded from Azia

Softball Team Attends Graduation Before Rainout

UHSAA 5A State Softball Tournament games have been canceled for today. The tentative schedule is to resume on Tuesday, May 28th. Prior to running to the bus to get out of the downpour, our softball team took the opportunity to help a Cottonwood senior player celebrate her own little graduation. WE LOVE OUR LADY LEOPARDS

Softball Tournament Set To Resume

After three days of unplayable field conditions, the UHSAA 5A Softball State Tournament is set to resume today at the Valley Complex (5135 S 2700 W). East is scheduled to start the day against Cottonwood at 12:30p. Playing out of the 1-loss side of the bracket, there is a possibility of up to three games

Girls’ Tennis Tryout Schedule: Updated

Tryout dates for the for the girls’ tennis team have been updated. Meet on the upper courts on the following dates and times: New Players: August 12th-13th (M-Tu) at 9a Returning Players: August 19th (M) at 3p Contact Coach Monson with questions about tryouts: GOOD LUCK!!!

State Softball Update

The UHSAA has determined that the softball fields at the Valley Complex will not be ready for play today. They will be re-evaluated Thursday morning and hopefully games will resume later that day.

Leopard Track & Field At State

The UHSAA Track & Field Championships were held last week and a pack of Leopards were there to compete. Top finishers included the girls’ 4 x 100 meter relay team (Brooklyn Blaylock, Anna Bilic, Mae Ling Lewis, and Lucie Prettyman) with a 4th place finish, and Will Prettyman (running on an injured leg) finishing 7th

Tennis Team Competes At State

The boys’ tennis team qualified in two of the brackets in the UHSAA 5A State Tennis Championships. Paul Parkin (1st singles) and the team of Mike Grant and Jake Spencer (1st doubles) both qualified as #4 seeds from Region VI.
