Individual State Results: Winter Sports

Congratulations to all of our swimmers and wrestlers who competed in the UHSAA State Championship events last week. Special shout outs to two Leopards who found themselves on the podium in their events – including a State Champion!!! COVID Testing Info

COVID Testing Correction

COVID testing will be this Monday morning (DEC 7th), not DEC 14th as mistakenly posted. That post, with the correct date has been updated and can be viewed here. Coaches should be scheduling testing times for Monday, DEC 7th. Sorry for any inconvenience or confusion the original post may have caused.

COVID Testing: Winter Sports

(Updated – testing is DEC 7th) Required COVID testing for winter sports will be held on Monday morning (DEC 7th). All student-athletes, coaches, and other team personnel on the following teams must be tested or cannot participate in any practices, games/contests, or other in-person team activities until they provide documented proof of a negative COVID

SLCSD Spectator Policy

No spectators will be allowed at home sporting events in the SLCSD to begin the winter season. This will include basketball (boys and girls), swimming, and wrestling. Participating athletes, coaches, other team personnel (trainer, manager, film, etc.), cheerleaders (home team only) and contest workers will be the only ones allowed in the gym or pool

Winter Sport Registrations

While winter sports have paused, take this opportunity to complete your registration for basketball, swimming or wrestling (including newly sanctioned girls’ wrestling!). UHSAA Suspends Activities Due to COVID

Following the announcement of the emergency declaration  and new health order given by Governor Herbert and the Utah State Health Department, the UHSAA has suspended all activities through at least NOV 23, 2020.
